Enquiries
The enquiry form runs in your browser. It does not submit information to our website server or save form entries in browser storage. Selecting “Create email enquiry” passes your name, email address, selected service and message into a draft in your email application. You decide whether to send it. Your email provider processes that draft under its own terms.
If you send an enquiry, we use the information you provide to respond and discuss the requested service. Requests for a quotation or steps towards a contract may be processed to take steps at your request before entering a contract; other routine correspondence may be processed for our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use this website to enrol you in marketing.
Technical information and service providers
Your browser sends technical information such as your IP address and requested page to the hosting service to load this website. Hosting systems may keep access or security logs. Our hosting and email providers may process technical data and correspondence in providing their services. The final website is planned to be hosted by HostMe.ie. The current test copy is hosted separately on Namecheap. Enquiries addressed to info@onesource.ie are planned to be forwarded to info@onesource.biz and handled through Google’s Gmail service. The forwarding service and whether Gmail is provided under Google Workspace must be confirmed, together with the applicable processor terms, locations of processing, international-transfer safeguards and log-retention arrangements.
Cookies and browser storage
The supplied website code sets no cookies, uses no local storage or session storage, and includes no analytics, advertising scripts, embedded maps or third-party font requests. Dismissing the cookie message only hides it in the current page; no preference is saved. It may appear again when the page is reopened.
Hosting services, security tools or older software on the same domain may behave differently. Previously stored cookies from the legacy site are not removed by this page. Hosting-level behaviour must be checked on the deployed domain. If optional tracking is introduced later, consent controls and this notice must be updated before that tracking runs.
Links to other websites
External links, including the inDesigns credit, take you to a separate website with its own privacy practices. They do not load that website’s content into this page.
Retention
Website form entries are not stored by this website. Enquiries you send are held in our email systems.
Our enquiry-retention policy is to delete or anonymise enquiries that do not result in customer work 12 months after the last meaningful contact. We review these records at least annually. This is our chosen retention period, not a period prescribed by GDPR.
If an enquiry leads to customer work, relevant correspondence becomes part of the customer record and is kept only for as long as needed to manage the relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. Information required for an ongoing dispute or legal obligation may be retained longer where necessary, with the reason documented and reviewed.
Implementation before publication: apply this policy to existing and future mailbox records, including forwarded copies, and confirm customer-record, backup and hosting-log retention arrangements. Adding this notice does not automatically delete emails or configure provider retention.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing of your personal information.
